Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group, the developer of the 1,206-unit JadeScape on Shunfu Road, has launched the second phase of sales in the project.
The developer closed its 22,000 sq ft, double-storey sales gallery – considered the largest in Singapore – at the end of May for renovation. It reopened the sales gallery on July 4. “The JadeScape Sales Gallery was renovated for homebuyers and agents [to] better experience the potential use of space in the different unit configurations,” said Yen Chong, deputy general manager of Qingjian Realty.
The enhanced sales gallery will have new fittings in selected show flats as well as a new feature wall showcasing Qingjian Realty’s pioneering initiatives and offerings in JadeScape, adds Chong.

JadeScape is a redevelopment of the former Shunfu Ville, which Qingjian Realty purchased en bloc for $638 million in May 2016. When completed in January 2023, JadeScape will feature seven blocks of 21 to 23 storeys and sits on the sprawling, 99-year leasehold site of 408,927 sq ft. The project is located within a short walking distance of the Marymount MRT station on the Circle Line.
According to Qingjian, the project will be the first residential development to adopt a “smart estate management system” as well as new smart home devices including facial recognition at the lift lobbies; smart dishwasher with ultrasonic fruit and vegetable cleansing capabilities; and smart heat recovery system that recycles the heat generated from air-conditioners to heat up water for warm showers.
The design architect of JadeScape is Japanese architect Paul Noritake Tange, chairman of Tange Associates. Recent projects in Singapore designed by the renowned architectural firm include One Raffles Place Tower 2; Orchard Gateway, which features a bridge spanning across Orchard Road; and The Rochester, a mixed-use development at one-north.
Last September, JadeScape released 480 units for sale in its first phase of launch. To date, 411 has been sold at an average price of $1,665 psf, according to caveats lodged with URA Realis. According to Qingjian's Chong, "more choice units will be made available for homebuyers".
