JTC launches Jalan Papan site for tender under 2H2020 IGLS

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched one site at Jalan Papan for tender in the second half of the 2020 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme (IGLS) programme.

It is the last of three Confirmed List sites for the 2H2020 IGLS Programme.

The site is 0.88ha in size and has a gross plot ratio of 1.4. It is zoned B2 with a 20-year tenure. The tender will be closing on Feb 23, 2021, at 11 am. Interested parties can purchase the tenderer’s packets at $107 each.

JTC is the land sales agent for the IGLS programme, where the sites are launched via the Confirmed List or the Reserve List.
