A 1,066 sq ft unit at 99-year leasehold project Marina Bay Residences has been put up for sale at $3.4 million or $3,189 psf on TheEdgeProperty.com. This was the most-viewed listing posted last week.
According to the marketing agent, Triston Tan from ERA, the condominium unit is on the high floor, offering the view of Marina Bay. It is currently tenanted with good condition.
In February, there were three transactions involving high-floor units which had crossed $3,000 psf mark. Based on the past 12 month transactions including units without any seaview or bayview, prices of the condominium range from $1,947 psf to $3,665 psf.

Marina Bay Residences is located 300m from Downtown MRT station of the Downtown Line. Nearby amenities include Marina Bay Link Mall as well as shop and F&B outlets at The Sail @ Marina Bay and Marina Bay Financial Centre.
