According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"The rooms were booked on their official website, the confirmation email was received soon after. However when I grab over the lady at the front counter say the register wasn't in the system, and the mid-age woman was continuously saying no room not our problem, the counter lady was nice however, telling me to wait 20mins before telling me we can't do anything about it"

"Rude staffs with bad attitude (especially that middle-aged chinese woman with short black hair) from Level 1. We didn't pay that much money to get treated like that.. We rented 2 rooms for 1 month for family vacation. One room in Level 1 and one in Level 2. That one staff (not sure whether she's the owner but probably she might be bcuz she acted like that :/ Chinese woman with short black hair with annoyed face) from Level 1, glared and shouted unmannerly to us every time we met like ppls from Level 2 can't walk here blah blah blah although we also rented rooms from Level 1. Dusty rooms, Bad lighting, Bugs were everywhere, Room smelled like old and weird, and Broken shower head, no breakfast, no pool, no horse, Sinks were yellowish and dusty, Rusty shower rooms, Ceiling were covered with molds, Dirty, used ear picks were founded inside the drawers, the walls were dirty and the walkways were also dirty and smelly yet only their staff's lounge was clean Plus, the Chinese staffs from Level 1, are so racist and treated the customers so rude as if we were stayed there for free Felt like getting scammed because we paid expensive price (not worth it) and get treated so bad like that Overall very very bad experience..."

"Heater wasn't working. Provided bath towels were dirty. Furnishing was dated and floor was oily. Pillowcases used were disposable and stained. A lot of dust accumulated around the headboard and in general. Room was musky and the toilet had a weird smell emanating from it. Toilet when flushed produced a loud rumble for half an hour or so, preventing any rest. There were also several mosquitoes buzzing about and a few dead flies on the floor. Not sure if its an isolated experience, but I couldn't wait to leave."

"My second visit to this hotel and would definitely return again. Room is clean and cosy with a touch of romanticism. Basic room amenities are also available and consistent to my first visit. For couples whos looking for a short getaway from the city I would definitely recommend to give them a try."

"Nice and quiet place. Trees everywhere with horses nearby and some chickens outside my room to play with. Room is clean and huge for the price. Nice receptionist and polite boss and lady boss. Everything is just so cool here for this price. Definitely will return again for my staycation."
