Sengkang General Hospital, a 1000-bed hospital, is the largest in the region and is built to further the government's efforts to provide quality and accessible healthcare to all Singaporeans.

"This is a review of one of JLL's properties, 223 Mountbatten. Beware entering 223 Mountbatten, where a fairly sizeable school is located. Their parking gate is faulty. If you enter the building and the parking gate sensor fails to scan your car upon entry, they will charge you $20 upon exit. The security guard will refuse to open the gate until you pay the $20. The security guard is extremely rude and will not listen to you at all. The guard said in order to receive a refund, you must file a claim with the building manager. The security guard will provide you with the building manager's gmail address. Apparently he does not have a company-issued email - very suspect and unprofessional. Even when you try and claim a refund, the building will require 3 company director's approval to refund. They will never approve for refunds even if it is their parking gate at fault. This is what you call EXTORTION. It is sad that they treat parents who are just dropping off and picking up their children at the school in this way. Why would a parent ever cheat a parking entry They are simply entering, dropping the kids off, perhaps meeting with teachers for a few minutes, then exiting within an hour. It is their faulty machine that fails to scan entering cars. Sadly, the school has tried to assist parents to get refunds, but they are unable to convince the building management. Conversely, at any slightest infraction occurring in the school parking lot, the building security is extremely quick to raise these problems, site their CCTV, and escalate to the entire school. It is sad that parents have to deal with such a troublesome building management. They seem to with eviction. Warning to any future tenants to this building - please reconsider for the sake of your customers or vendors having to drive into the car park."

"When you need a property consultant, please stay away from these people. They are not be trusted. I know, most estate agents are good liars, but they do it blatantly and will rent property out far above the market price. Especially avoid Vicky Wong."
