District 3 is currently served by the East-West Line at Tiong Bahru MRT Station, Redhill MRT Station and Queenstown MRT Station. "Quick response from Panasonic to change the horizontal louvre of our aircon indoor unit under warranty. The two technicians who came to replace the louvre on 23 July were careful, thorough and cleaned up when work was completed. Good job."

"Came on a Thur afternoon, waiting time was reasonable with 2 service counter staff. Was served by Mr. Thomas Ng. He was patient and kind to help me diagnose my camera issue, troubleshooting if it is the battery or adaptor that is faulty. Thereafter he provided the spare parts part number and cost for my consideration which I can either call or email them to place the order. After analysing the cost, he also agrees that we shd buy a new camera as technology has improved tremendously. There is no charges for the visit and diagnosis."

"Great service! Brought my camera down for repairs as it was not turning on even with a charged battery. After grabbing a ticket number and waiting for roughly 30 minutes (was not busy but only one counter was open), I managed to get a diagnosis on the spot pretty quickly. The technician was kind enough to not charge for his services and just advised me to get a new camera. Disappointed that my camera doesn't work anymore but alas, at least my diagnosis was free!"

"Panasonic's products have lost its product integrity in quality and integrity. What used to last me for years, now sees the graveyard 11 months after purchase. Appalling after-sales service and paying more to purchase from their 'official store' means nothing. Not worth forking out more for Panasonic products anymore."

"Called to make appointment but was given a service date one week later after asking tons of questions. Quoted $30 for transport and $70 for labour excluding parts. Customer service called back 5 mins later and said they will not be able to service if there is no parts available but still need to pay for labour and transport and asked me whether I still wants to proceed. I googled and found a service man and the problem was fixed at $80 including transport, labour and parts."
