Description
Ncs Hub Building is a leasehold industrial property. The development occupies a land area of 1,465 sqm and a Gross Floor Area of 111,302 sqm.

NCS Hub Building is located along Ang Mo Kio Street 62 in Ang Mo Kio, in District 20. It is accessible through the nearest MRTs including Yio Chu Kang NS15 and Lentor TE5.

Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 20, which is comprised of Bishan and Ang Mo Kio. Bishan is home to three prestigious schools, including Raffles Institution, Raffles Girls' School and Catholic High School. It appeals as one of the most expensive HDB towns in Singapore due to its close proximity to the Central Business District and good accessibility via public transportation, with connections to both North-South Line and Circle Line. Bishan is known for its distinguishing sloped roofs found on many of the HDB Blocks. Ang Mo Kio is designated as Singapore's first walking and cycling town as part of the Singapore government's efforts to build a car-lite country. Shopping and dining options are available at AMK Hub, a suburban mall located in the heart of Ang Mo Kio. The mall is connected to Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange, which is linked to Ang Mo Kio MRT station via an underpass.

The North-East Region is the second largest and most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore, with Sengkang being its most populous town. Spanning 13,810ha, the North-East Region is mainly a residential region and housing estate largely comprised of HDB flats. In addition to a myriad of amenities including hospitals, parks, schools and transport options, the region is also home to a few tourist attractions such as Pulau Ubin and Coney Island. Seletar Aerospace Park, which comprises of several aviation manufacturing and research facilities by companies such Rolls-Royce and Singapore Technologies Aerospace, provide employment opportunities to residents both within and beyond the region. Sengkang General Hospital, a 1000-bed hospital, is the largest in the region and is built to further the government's efforts to provide quality and accessible healthcare to all Singaporeans.

"The food really cannot make it in the canteen. The food is cold & they won't even reheat it. The fries was cold and hard that it can cut your throat while eating it. Payment method for the food is also very troublesome you will need to install some app. Overall cannot make it. Please do something about your food standard if you want happy employees so that it will boost their moral up. Have more cafes around & snacks. Please do something about your company's welfare for your employees."

"Pathetic organization under the ex bosses before the change. Hopefully better treatment of staff and welfare with the new CEO."

"The NCS Hub building is currently undergoing a massive renovation. While sheltered parking is available, the parking lots are limited. Thankfully a good portion of the staff are working from home, and parking is usually available during the pandemic period. For pick up and drop off, drivers would need to enter the compound (pass the entrance gantry) to access the temporary drop-off / pick-up point between Block B and Block C. There are facilities for visitors/staff requiring ramp accesses. The receptionist area is temporarily re-located within the ground level of Block B. Entry to this area require staff pass, or a visitor pass. Exchange for visitor pass must be done at the security guard house. This can be inconvenient especially when raining. Delivery of goods or contractors entry require pre-granted security clearance - so please ensure that access is granted and arranged prior to the actual visit."
