These are mainly petrochemical companies, comprising of international players such as BP, ExxonMobil, DuPont, Mitsui Chemicals and Shell. The West Region is also at the forefront of the government's industrial development efforts. The government plans to develop the Jurong Lake District and Jurong Innovation District into the second Central Business District (CBD) area in Singapore. Additionally, the Tuas Mega Port, upon completion in the 2040s, is anticipated to be the world's single largest container port with an annual capacity of 65 million TEUs.

"Lousy service, they came and clean my aircon and now my air con is unable to start, the best thing is non of their given numbers are working. There are two mobile numbers given in the website, non of them works. won't recommend this to anyone. Please do not use Natural Cool Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd I had to update my comment again, recently one of my air con in my bedroom started to leak water, so i complained guess what technician never show up, the owner ask me to call the technician, what kind of a service are you providing. Should be Permanently closed for life"

"Worst service! They will leave your floor dirty and damaged!!! My speaker got wet when they didnt place any plastic cover and water was dripping all over. Then whole floor all dirty and wet when they left. Worst of all, during chemical cleaning they dropped their tool high from the ceiling to the wooden floor and pretend that the cracks on the floor was not their doing!!! And the management guy even said it was because the floor was laminated and was asking for video proof on the act when the tool dropped and damaged the floor! What an idiot!"

"Worst contractor I've seen. Rescheduled my appointment to a weekend giving an explanation that their team could not come down in time. Now that we came down to our office specifically for the rescheduled appointment, and have waited for more than 2 hours, their team has yet to arrived. Not even a courtesy call to inform of any updates. Have been trying to call back to the same mobile number but nobody answered. Definitely would not engage their service nor recommend anybody. No wonder our MCST decided to terminate the contract with them."
