Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 14, which covers Eunos, Geylang, Kembangan and Paya Lebar. It is one of the most historically and culturally rich zones. These areas comprise predominantly HDB flats, private non-landed homes and shophouses. Eunos, Kembangan and Aljunied MRT stations serves the district via East-West Line, while Paya Lebar MRT station is the interchange station of East-West Line and Circle-Line. Geylang is one of Singapore's Malay settlements, and is known for its rich Malay heritage. Visitors to Geylang Serai can enjoy the sights of Ramadan lights and various foods at the bazaar during Ramadan. The neighbourhood is also home to many shophouses and a rich nightlife scene. Major shopping malls in this district are Paya Lebar Square and Kallang Wave Mall, which offer a variety of retail and dining options. Separately, Paya Lebar is envisaged to be a new sub-regional centre with industrial, technological and commercial developments.

As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"I had to change a booking months apart and the young woman at concierge did very well helping me with my situation. They even remembered who I was even though many customers would have come across in between. My stay there was pleasent even though it was one night. The hotel is a small building but nonetheless is a great location, with local foods next door after hours and a short bus ride to China Town. The bus stop is just opposite the hotel and the other is a short walk on the other side (its a one way street) The other bloke on the next shift was just as pleasant and made sure my stay here was tops. Even the security the night before noticed I was a bit confused where to go and guided me accordingly to the front desk. I would definitely come back if the occasion once again arrises. Singapore is a great country"

"Stayed in the premier room for 3 nights, room was spacious and bathtub was nice to use. Location is great with food options nearby. Front desk was friendly and also gave us late check out for free. The downsides was the chairs in the room had alot of stains and the floor had stains as well with a slight sticky feeling, walls are also quite thin. Overall had a good stay but wont be coming back again"

"We chose D'Hotel to do our wedding day preparations because of it's huge room size. We really loved how spacious the rooms are and we found it perfect for our needs. The rooms are clean and sufficient toiletries were provided. Aside from that, we called in to check if they could help us check in early so we didn't have to rush. Nikki, is very friendly, accommodating, and polite. I really appreciate her help & service. She even helped me put aside our gown & suit while we answer the health declaration forms. Even the other staff who we passed by in the lift were very friendly too. Great location, convenient, and near good cafes. The only con for me is the drop off point and limited parking. Thank you for helping us make our wedding day more memorable and fuss-free."
