Rowsley-linked consortium unveils mixed-use project in Manchester

An international consortium comprising Singapore’s Rowsley Ltd, Beijing Construction and Engineering Group International (BCEGI) and Jackson’s Row Developments Limited, formed by Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and Brendan Flood, has announced plans for the new St Michael’s development in Manchester.
Designed by internationally renowned Make Architects, the mixed-use scheme at St Michael’s (formerly known as Jackson’s Row), will have two towers. The St Michael’s development will have two towers - the taller at 31-storeys called “Number One”, and the shorter tower of 21-storeys, “Number Two” St Michael’s respectively. The taller tower will contain a hotel and residences, while the shorter tower will have Grade-A office space. There will also be 30,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, including two new sky bars and restaurants.
“Our vision is to deliver the biggest statement in architecture and development that Manchester has seen in modern times,” says Gary Neville, director of Jackson’s Row Developments Ltd.
