JUST SOLD: Red Hill’s most expensive HDB flat

A five-room HDB flat located between the 19th and 21st storey of 81 Redhill Lane was sold for $950,000 in May 25 this year. This makes it the most-expensive transaction for five-room flats in Redhill.

The 20-year old flat is also tied for the most-expensive in Bukit Merah Town, excluding The Pinnacle@Duxton. Another five-room HDB flat at 127D Kim Tian Road, was transacted at $950,000 in October 2015.

81 Redhill Lane is located beside Redhill Market & Food Centre and within 300m of Redhill MRT station of the East-West line. Schools within 1 km include Alexandra Primary School, Gan Eng Seng Primary School and Zhang De Primary School.
