d’Leedon has emerged as the preferred residential address for families who want to be within 1km to 2km radius of top schools

Head start in primary and secondary schools
Within 1km of d’Leedon is the crème de la crème of schools: Nanyang Primary School on King’s Road and Anglo-Chinese School (International) on Jalan Hitam Manis. The other top primary school — Raffles Girls’ Primary School on Hillcrest Road — is less than 2km away.
For families who want to be near top-ranking secondary schools, d’Leedon is also hotly sought after. St Margaret’s Secondary School on Farrer Road is less than 800m from the prime condo project. Within a 2km radius is the reputable Hwa Chong International School and its affiliated school Hwa Chong Institution on Bukit Timah Road. Top secondary school, Nanyang Girls’ High School on Linden Drive, also falls within a 1km to 2km radius of d’Leedon.
Some popular primary schools affiliated with a secondary school in the neighbourhood of d’Leedon are Methodist Girls’ Schools on Bukit Timah Road as well as Fairfield Methodist School (Primary and Secondary) on Dover Road.

Hallways of higher learning
Families with children pursuing higher learning will also find d’Leedon attractively located. Singapore’s first and foremost junior college, National Junior College, established in 1969, is located less than 2km from d’Leedon. The condo is also near the National University of Singapore (NUS) Bukit Timah Campus, which houses its law faculty and the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
NUS is not just the nation’s top university but was also recently ranked 12th among the world’s top universities in 2016. The NUS Kent Ridge Campus is a 10-minute drive from d’Leedon. Nearby, at the knowledge hub of one-north, is the Asia Campus of INSEAD, one of the world’s leading and biggest business schools.
Also near d’Leedon is Singapore’s first polytechnic, namely Singapore Polytechnic, which was established in 1954. Another renowned polytechnic that is situated near d’Leedon is Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which was founded by Ngee Ann Kongsi in 1963.
International schools
For expatriate families, d’Leedon is also a popular residential estate, owing to its proximity to a wide spectrum of international schools. A 10-minute minute drive away in the landed housing estate of Swiss Club Road and Bukit Tinggi is a cluster of four international schools: the Hollandse School, Singapore Korean International school, the main campus of the German European School and the Swiss School.
Meanwhile, the Global Indian International School’s Queenstown Campus is just a five-minute drive from d’Leedon. The Tanglin Trust School on Portsdown Road and United World College’s Dover Road Campus are located a 10-minute drive from d’Leedon.
For students, proximity to public transportation is equally important. From d’Leedon, it is just an eight-minute walk via a sheltered pathway to the Farrer Road MRT station, which is on the Circle Line, with connections to the Downtown and East-West Lines.
