"Ive been the credit card customer of the bank for the longest time and thought the cards people are really great in providing good retail benefits for their customers. However, thats all to it as the customer service has truly left me speechless. The card hotline does not seemed to be manned as after waiting for a good 40-50 minutes, there was still no signs of a human picking up the phone. Decided to leave a message for a callback which the machine said I should get a call within one business day but that did not happen after 2 weeks! Left two other messages but still no one called. Went to Tampines branch recently to settle some matters and asked if they could help and the only reply I got was that credit card matters is not something they can assistStrange indeed. Anyway, I only got a call this morning after I sent in a complaint last night. So, this person called me today at a wrong time and I requested for a callback after six. Got two missed calls at around 7.30pm and a message to call the never attended to hotline again. Wonder if they will follow up. I am glad that I only have a card relationship with them cos after this experience I may not even continue with this relationship."
