JUST SOLD: Three flats at Pinnacle @ Duxton sold in one day

Three four-room HDB flats at Pinnacle @ Duxton were sold over $800,000 on August 31.

The most expensive transaction was at $868,000 for a 1,001 sq ft unit at 1A Cantonment Road. This was followed by another 1,001 sq ft unit at 1F Cantonment Road, which was sold for $834,000. Lastly, a 1,011 sq ft unit at 1G Cantonment Road fetched $828,000.

The highest price paid for a four-room flat historically was $990,000 for a 1,001 sq ft flat at 1D Cantonment Road in September 2015. A total of 32 four-room flats at Pinnancle @ Duxton were transacted year-to-date, down from 64 in the same period last year. Prices of four-room flats averaged $884,705 this year, up 2.7% from $861,140 in 2015.

Meanwhile, there were only 10 transactions involving five-room flats year-to-date, compared to 28 in the same period last year. Average prices of five-room flats climbed 5.7% from $969,449 in 2015 to $1,024,478 this year.
