First phase of 280 units sold at Le Quest on first day of launch

On Aug 5, Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) sold 280 units on the first day of launch of Le Quest. This means the 516-unit project is 54.3% sold after just one day. The number of units sold also exceeded the 200 initially released. Average price achieved on the first day of sales was $1,280 psf.

Le Quest contains a mix of studios, one- to four-bedroom residential units, and over 6,000 sq m of commercial space. The most popular units among buyers who booked their units were the studios, one- to three-bedroom units.

The strong response was owing to the fact that Le Quest is “the only mixed-use development in Bukit Batok”, according to Qingjian, hence, it “will bring heightened convenience to homeowners and residents in the neighbourhood with close to 100 F&B, services and lifestyle retail units”.
