New condos with best transport connectivity

In our last article ‘9 condos you buy for convenience’, we identified new launches surrounded by amenities that satisfy residents’ entertainment, educational and other needs. Apart from convenience, transport connectivity is of utmost importance when it comes to choosing a property for investment or to live in.
Using a similar algorithm as that used to identify the most convenient condos, we account for the marginal returns for 3 variables - MRT, LRT and bus stop within 500m of respective developments. For example, having a MRT interchange at your neighbourhood is more beneficial than the combined effect of five bus stops and one LRT station. Additionally, we also take major arterial roads and expressways into account in identifying these condos.

GuocoLand’s Sims Urban Oasis is located at Sims Drive. It is within a five-minute walk to the Aljunied MRT station and one MRT stop from the Paya Lebar Interchange Station. Standing on Mount Sophia, this prestigious new launch by Hoi Hup Realty is well located within prime district 9 in the CCR while tucked away from hustle and bustle. The residents of Sophia Hills can enjoy easy access to the entire Singapore as MRT stations and major arterial roads are closeby. Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, an interchange station of the North-South Line, North-East Line and Circle Line, is just 3 minutes’ walk from the condo. Little India, Rochor and the upcoming Bencoolen MRT stations are conveniently located within walking distance too. The upcoming development can also be easily accessed via CTE.

Hillion Residences
Hillion Residences by Sim Lian Group is a mixed development at Jelebu Road in Bukit Panjang. It consists of residential units and retail space, integrated with the bus interchange and linked to the Bukit Panjang MRT/ LRT station. For those who drive, the development is accessible by major arterial roads like Upper Bukit Timah Road and expressways such as KJE and BKE.
