"Located in an excellent of the Geylang area on Lorong 24, less than 5 minutes from Aljunied MRT. It is within a minute walk to Lai Ming Hotel and No Signboard Seafood Restaurant. It is not along the main road, therefore it is protected from the noise of the busy Geylang Road. One Loft has a swimming pool on 4th floor and there are parking space on 1st floor. Very quiet place on Lorong 24 to build a condo."

"This is an awesome place to stay! Location is superb with great eateries, MRT station, 24 hours supermarket, bus stop etc. within a stone's throw away. There's also a huge hawker centre and Downtown MRT across the bridge (along Guillemard Road). Loving it! Condo is well maintained and clean."
