URA launches Toh Tuck Road site

URA has launched a 99-year leasehold site at Toh Tuck Road for sale. It is the first residential site from the Confirmed List of 1H2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) programme. The 201,517 sq ft site with a maximum gross floor area of 282,124 sq ft can potentially yield 325 housing units.

SLP International's head of research, Nicholas Mak expects this site to draw about eight to 16 bids. He estimates that the top bid in the tender to range from $185 million to $200 million ($655 to $700 psf ppr).
