Oakwood Premier serviced apartment opens at OUE Downtown

Oakwood Asia Pacific will open its first Oakwood Premier-branded serviced apartment, Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore (below), on June 15. The development houses 268 mid- and high-level residences, comprising studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. It is located above a retail mall in the OUE Downtown building.

Oakwood Premier is targeted at travellers who are able to stay for a minimum of seven nights and units are said to have kitchen facilities and amenities expected of a five-star hotel.

Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore is Oakwood Asia Pacific’s second property in Singapore. In March, it opened its first serviced apartment, Oakwood Studios, at Mount Elizabeth on Orchard Road.

All facilities in Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore, such as the outdoor infinity pool and Jacuzzi, and The Fitness Centre by Oakwood, will be managed by Oakwood.
