Manhattan residential project launches this weekend

30 East 31st Street (below), a residential development in NoMad, Manhattan, will be launched over the weekend of July 29 and 30, in New York City. Knight Frank pre-launched the 42-unit project in Singapore over the weekend of July 22 and 23.
Situated within Madison Square Park North Historic District, the 45,208 sq ft property houses 13 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom units, as well as a duplex three-bedroom penthouse.
Floor areas range from 866 to 3,354 sq ft, with prices starting from US$1.7 million ($2.3 million). Foreigners can receive a 421-A tax abatement when they purchase units at the project, says Knight Frank.

The 39-storey project boasts panoramic views of Midtown and Downtown Manhattan and the units have expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Services and amenities offered include a 24-hour concierge service, a fitness centre, and a private dining room with a catering kitchen.
