JTC launches tender for industrial site at Tuas

JTC has released a confirmed-list site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 8) for sale by public tender. It is the last of the six confirmed-list sites for the 1H2016 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

The 64,080 sq ft site is zoned for business 2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The tender exercise closes at 11am on August 23.
