HDB rolls out 4,056 BTO flats

The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has launched 4,056 flats for sale under the February Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise. This is HDB’s first tranche of 17,000 flats to be launched in 2017.
The flats offered in the exercise are located across six projects with in Punggol, Clementi and Tampines.
The two projects in Punggol are located by the water. Northshore Cove is located along Northshore Drive, near Punggol Point Park. Waterway Sunrise II is bounded by the Punggol Waterway and Serangoon Reservoir, near the Lorong Halus Wetland. Prices start at $257,000 for four-room flats and $383,000 for five-room flats.

Meanwhile, Clementi NorthArc is located along Clementi Avenue 6/Commonwealth Avenue West, near Nan Hua Primary School. The other project, Clementi Peaks, is sited along Clementi Avenue 1/2, near NUS High School. Prices start at $432,000 for four-room flats and $571,000 for five-room flats.
In Tampines, both projects are located along Tampines Street 85/86, across The Alps Residences condo. Prices start at $299,000 for four-room flats and $397,000 for five-room flats.
The application process for the BTO exercise ends on Feb 20. The next BTO launch in May will offer another 4,600 flats in Bidadari, Geylang, Woodlands and Yishun.
