HDB launches 8,748 flats for sale

The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has rolled out 8,748 flats for sale under the May 2017 Build-To-Order (BTO) and Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise.
The 4,802 BTO flats offered in the exercise are spread across six projects in Bidadari, Geylang, Woodlands and Yishun. In addition, HDB also offers 3,946 balance flats in the exercise.
There are two new BTO projects in Woodlands: Marsiling Grove and Woodlands Spring. Marsiling Grove is bounded by Marsiling Road and Woodlands Street 13, next to Marsiling Secondary School. Woodlands Spring is bounded by Woodlands Drive 60 and Woodlands Avenue 6, near Riverside Primary School. Prices start at $236,000 for four-room flats and $312,000 for five-room flats.
Two more new BTO projects are located in Geylang. Dakota Breeze is bounded by Jalan Satu and Jalan Dua, near Dakota MRT staion. Pine Vista is located at the junction of Cassia Link and Pine Lane, opposite Mountbatten Community Club. Prices start at $349,000 for three-room flats and $489,000 for four-room flats.
Meanwhile, Forest Spring @ Yishun is bounded by Yishun Street 43, Street 42 and Avenue 1, near Gems World Academy (Singapore). Prices start at $251,000 for four-room flats and $331,000 for five-room flats.
In Toa Payoh, Woodleigh Hillside is located close to Bartley MRT station and Maria Stella High School (Primary/Secondary). Prices start at $475,000 for four-room flats and $579,000 for five-room flats.
The application process for the BTO exercise ends on May 24. In August, HDB will offer about 3,850 flats in Bukit Batok and Sengkang.
