Developers sold 367 private homes in Dec 2016

Developers sold 367 private homes in December 2016. On a y-o-y basis, sales slipped 4.4% from 384 units in December 2015. There was no new project launched last month.

The Santorini topped the chart with 26 units sold at a median price of $1,047 psf. This was followed closely by Queens Peak (25 units at a median price of $1,652 psf) and Parc Riviera (22 units at a median price of $1,240 psf).

In the executive condo (EC) segment, 213 units were sold in December. Sol Acres was the best-selling EC project with 66 units sold at a median price of $789 psf. The Terrace trailed with 33 units sold at a median price of $790 psf, followed by The Vales with 17 units at $805 psf.
