Developer sales soared in Feb

Developers sold 977 private homes in February, more than double from 382 in January. The Clement Canopy was the only new project launched in the month.

The best-selling private project was The Clement Canopy that saw 207 sold at a median price of $1,343 psf. This was followed closely by Parc Riviera (200 units sold at a median price of $1,281 psf) and The Santorini (51 units at a median price of $1,041 psf).

In the executive condominium segment, 329 units were sold in February. Sol Acres topped the chart with 82 units sold at a median price of $782 psf. The Terrace trailed with 40 units sold at a median price of $790 psf, followed by The Visionaire with 39 units at $814 psf.
