A 1,152 sq ft three-bedroom unit at Sunflower Court is looking for buyer at $850,000, or $738 psf on TheEdgeProperty.com.

Sunflower Court is a freehold apartment project located at Lorong Geylang 6. Completed 2001, the 28-unit development is located within 500m Kallang MRT station of the East-West Line. Schools within a 2km radius include Geylang Methodist School (Primary), Kong Hua School and Macpherson Primary School.

From October 2015 to February 2016, there were six rental contracts for 1,000 to 1,100 sq ft units at Sunflower Court. The monthly rents averaged $2,550 per month, or $2.44 psf pm, which translates into a potential rental yield of 3.6% based on the asking price of $850,000.
