PT Samator Land is a subsidiary of Samator Group focusing on real estate development. Samator Group began as PT Samator founded in 1975 to operate an acetylene plant in in Surabaya. Presently PT Samator has grown into the largest national industrial gas company with tens of production facilities and filling stations throughout Indonesia. Samator Group has also been diversifying into other industries including chemical, health, automotive, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and property.

 
In 1994 Samator Group entered into property industry as the developer of Graha Pangeran. This high-rise office building in Surabaya was a nominee for ASEAN Energy Award in 2002. The second commercial property built by Samator Group in 2007 in Jakarta and named Gedung UGM Samator Pendidikan.
